Elisabeth Zanganelli was born in Castle Town, the ancient Tifernum Tiberinum, on November 29, 1949.
He studied in Urbino, following his artistic vocation, at the State Institute of Art, a historical School for the illustration and decoration of the book, acquiring the oldest engraving techniques such as calcography, lithography and woodcut. She then perfected herself in the two years of Magistero in advertising graphics.

It was not until the 1990s that she resumed her artistic activity, opening the first studio in order to bring to light what was pressing inside her and had remained unexpressed for too long. Currently the works, loved and suffered, have found place in the “Studio” which is laboratory and gallery, adjacent to the monastery of Santa Cecilia. He never attended “artistic environments” or followed “currents”, his art remained hidden for a long time to the public until 2019, the year in which he made his first solo show at the Museum of the Porziuncola of Assisi, enjoying considerable success and appreciation so much so that the duration of the exhibition is extended twice.

The artist’s journey travels on a double artistic and spiritual track; “an elegiac song, lying, sore, engaged, impegreed, illary, a song of love, of praise, adoring because in every element it captures beauty.”

Although not moving away from the world of the senses, with power and feeling, the artist entered the space of the mind:

“I thought ancient days, in my mind I now have eternal years.”

With amazing creative vision there is lead and silver, plywood and quarry marble, iron and walnut wood, plexiglass and cement, steel balls and marble balls. All these elements are linked, with well-proportioned forms, graphical balances, precision, punctuality and measures, to the constant search for that cosmic harmony that lies in Creation.
